Penden villa is a private villa with private swimming pool, about 10 minutes walk to the beach of Pereybere. The villa is situated in the north of Mauritius at Pereybere. Built in a tranquil setting with views for miles it is only 10 minutes walking distance from the best bathing beach of Pereybere . It's a similar distance to Grand Baie - the shopping and nightlife “capital” of the island, and only a 10 minute drive from Mont Choisy - one of the largest sandy beaches on the island. Supermarket and local produce shopping is less than 5 minutes away.

The Accommodation
Built in the colonial style, the villa is situated in the perfect location to offer you all the tranquility you would expect for a relaxing holiday. It stands in it's own private grounds with a keepers cottage to the front, a beautiful private swimming pool, land-scaped gardens front and rear and a great barbecue area.
The spacious property boasts air conditioning throughout and its five large bedrooms (3 x doubles , 1 x twin & 1 x triple), lounge/dining room, four bathrooms, wide balconies the entire width of the property and a highly equipped kitchen & utility room are beautifully furnished. Tasteful finishing includes sofas, soft furnishings, secluded seating areas, fridges & tea/coffee making facilities in each room etc.
The villa is discreetly managed and is cleaned once a week. For a small cleaning, laundry and maid duties can be provided. |

For short trips to the interior of the island, the villa is
equipped with bicycles that can be rented at an additional cost.
Otherwise guests can take part in a large number of activities
at a short distance from the villa.
