This secured gated residence offers 6 spacious suites of one and two bedrooms, each unit have a fully equipped kitchen, spacious en-suite bedrooms and a veranda with pool view. Palm apartments is only 2 minutes’ walk from the most beautiful and longest beach of Mauritius. The apartment is clean and well maintained.

With its six self-catering apartments and a shared fenced swimming pool, one is guaranteed to have a memorable holiday at an affordable price. The complex is at the proximity of restaurants, supermarkets, groceries casinos, night clubs, pubs, pharmacies and much more. Trou aux biches, Grand Bay, Pereybere are easily accessible by car or bus.

All apartments are have air-conditioned bedrooms, each with attached bath, a comfortable lounge opening on a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.

For groups who book all apartments, towels are not provided.

Compulsory Security Deposit
Note that a security deposit of MUR 5000 per apartment is required upon arrival of the client. This deposit will be refunded upon departure after performing an inventory of the apartment. 

Accommodation Capacity Policy
• Maximum 2 Adults and 1 kid (up to 6 years old) for the 1 bedroom apartment.
• Maximum 4 Adults and 1 kid (up to 6 years old) for the 2 bedrooms apartment.

In case more people have been found in the apartment or on the complex without our prior authorisation, the security deposit will be forfeited.
