Oceana Villas with a shared swimming pool consists of 3 villas (1 big villa for 10 persons and 2 small villa accommodating 6 persons each). The Ocean villas Mauritius are located in the northern coast of the island, offering an exceptional view of the ocean and the Coin de Mire Island , off the northern coast.
Oceana Villas are only a few kilometers away from the tourist village of Grand Bay, a lively region with a wide variety of restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, boutiques, bars and at walking distance from some of the most popular nightclubs and religious places.
The villas are on the sea front with a beautiful beach. The lagoons are limpid and smooth.

Oceana Villas are located in Grand Bay which is situated on the North-West side of Mauritius . Grand Bay is the main holiday resort on the Island and hosts numerous restaurants, a small number of bars and many boutiques for those that enjoy shopping.
In addition to this, numerous leisure facilities can be found in Grand Bay , including water sports, diving and deep sea fishing. There are many beautiful unspoiled beaches at Grand Bay and the surrounding area, and as Grand Bay is protected by a coral reef, the sea is very calm. The Villas are close to nearby water skiing, glass bottom boat, pedalo, spa, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, wind surfing, Gym and other leisure & sports facilities.
