Holiday Villa in Pereybere
Large independent villa
on two floors that sleeps 8 and is therefore
ideal for big families or groups of friends seeking an unforgettable
holiday. The villa is on the north coast of the island near
Pereybère, just a few kilometres from
Grand Bay Mauritius. This is the site of some
of the most beautiful and evocative beaches of Mauritius offering
numerous sports and bathing activities and with a host of nightlife
venues.
The coast also offers a large number of speciality restaurants
specialising in deliciously grilled fresh fish.
Independent luxury villa with all
the facilities necessary to ensure a completely relaxing holiday
with endless recreational opportunities and walking tours in
various parts of the island.
The ground floor plan of the holiday villa features:
Large living area, TV room with video games, kitchen, pool table
room, bathroom, outdoor swimming pool, garage and barbecue area.
The 2nd floor plan (first floor) of the villa
offers:
Four double en-suite rooms and a large patio.
Villa Kitchen
The kitchen is among the most important rooms in any house:
it must be functional, well-equipped and spacious. The fittings
for our American style kitchen were purchased in Italy and imported
directly to ensure the maximum possible quality for our guests.
Living Room
The living room of the villa, located on the ground floor, is
spacious and welcoming. There are comfortable sofas for the
maximum relaxation, a dining table and a TV with video games
and a DVD player. |

Bedrooms
The villa features four double bedrooms and can therefore sleep
up to 8. Suitable for big families or groups of friends. Each
bedroom has private access to the balcony overlooking the private
garden with a splendid view over Mauritius Island.
Air conditioning and valuables safe in each
room
Each room has an elegantly appointed bathroom with shower cubicle
and all the related facilities.
Garden
with swimming pool
The villa features a private garden with swimming pool where
guests can relax with friends and family. In addition, the stewards
will be pleased to prepare superb fish and meat dinners (at an additioanl cost) that
guests can enjoy on the veranda under the magical star-studded
sky of Mauritius.
If you are visiting Mauritius for the seaside, the coral reef,
and magical moonlit evenings. If you are unwilling to leave
the water even after a day on the beach, then why not relax
around our fully equipped swimming pool, enjoy dinner served
on the veranda with delicious grilled fish ordered from our
cooks, who are always at your disposal. Cook service available at an additional cost.
Entertainment
For short trips to the interior of the island, the villa is
equipped with bicycles that can be rented at an additional cost.
Otherwise guests can take part in a large number of activities
at a short distance from the villa.
